- Passengers are required to present the following information at the time of boarding the bus:
- A copy of the ticket (A print out of the ticket or the print out of the ticket e-mail or an SMS of the booking confirmation sent by Nxtas.com).
- Proof of Identity - (PAN card or Voter ID card, Driving License, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport). The operator may not allow the passenger to board the bus if the necessary proof of booking is not presented.
- NXTAS also helps customers in refunds/cancellations when needed and provides phone and email support
- The refund money would be credited to the customer within seven (7) working days.
- In case you are not sure of the exact boarding point, please call the operator to locate the exact boarding point
- NXTAS is not responsible or liable for the following:
- The bus operator's customer service issues or not departing/arriving on time
- The bus not being clean or not meeting the customer's expectations
- The customer missing the bus due to not waiting at the correct boarding point
- Lost/Stolen/Damaged baggage of the customer
- Changes in the boarding point and/or using a pick-up van at the boarding point to transport customers to a larger bus departure point
- Bus Change: In the event of a change of bus type (AC/Non-AC/Sleeper/Seater) by the bus operator, Nxtas.com will refund the difference in fare amount to the customer, provided the customer notifies NXTAS via email (with sufficient proof) within 24 hours of the journey.
- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy of mobliti is clearly mentioned on the ticket. Please read them.
- In case a ticket is cancelled or the transaction fails for any reason, the online booking transaction fees or the office/home delivery charges will not be refunded.
- A 5% (of the ticket price) cancellation processing fee is applicable to handle the online transaction charges.
Payment Options: Credit cards, debit cards, UPI, Netbanking, wallets are accepted.
Payment Transaction Confirmation: You should not take any action based on information on Nxtas.com until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our call centre.
What is an e-Ticket? An e-Ticket is a paperless electronic document with a unique booking number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number to the bus operator in order to be able to board the bus.
How will I get my e-Ticket details? Your e-Ticket details will be sent to your email address provided by you at the time of making the payment for your booking. In case you do not have an email address, the details will be given to you over the phone. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 8 hours of making your booking on Nxtas.com, please contact our call centre at: 9999999999. Nxtas.com. shall not be liable if customers do not comply with this requirement.
Cashback terms and conditions:
- Customer has to be registered with mobliti to get the cashback.
- Cashback will be credited 2 days after the journey date.
- Discount/Cashback will not be refunded if the Ticket/Bus has been cancelled.
- Cashback in wallet will be valid till 90 days from the date when it has been credited.
- Cashback can be redeemed based on the mobliti cashback redemption rules.
Refund Mobliti.in due to Bus Cancellation Refund Policy: This refund policy is applicable when a Mobliti bus is canceled due to unforeseen reasons. Online tickets purchased on Redbus.in/Abhibus.com/Other OTAs or directly on Mobliti.in that need to be canceled within the day of journey, due to bus cancellation, will be given a voucher/coupon valid for 90 days for future travel.
Bus Interruption Policy: In case of any breakdown of a Bus, Nxtas will make a good faith attempt in arranging alternate bus(es) to accommodate the impacted passengers on the same route, without any additional cost to the customers.
